🏟 Managing Your Arena and Users

As an Administrator, you have full control over your Arena, from inviting users and assigning roles, to monitoring usage and handling Arena-level settings. This guide covers everything you need to manage your Arena effectively.

📧 Inviting Users to Your Arena

Only Administrators and Coaches have access to the Arena Users page.

✅ How to Invite a User

1. Open the sidebar and go to Arena Users

2. Click the “Invite User” button

3. Enter the user’s email address

4. Select their role:

   • Administrator

   • Coach

   • Player

   • Other

Once invited:

• The user will receive an email with a link to accept the invite

• They can either create an account or log in if they already have one

• After logging in, the invite will be displayed with options to Accept or Decline

• Coaches cannot add Administrators

🕒 Pending invites are visible in the Arena Users page and can be revoked at any time before they’re accepted.

Below the invitation section is a complete list of all current Arena members, showing their assigned roles.

❗ Only Administrators can remove other Administrators.

📊 Monitoring Arena Usage

The Usage page allows Administrators to track your Arena’s data consumption in real-time.

📈 What's Tracked:

• Total Storage Used (all uploaded games)

• Bandwidth Used (Last 30 Days)

• Daily Bandwidth Graph (shows spikes and usage trends per day)

This page helps ensure you're always within your usage limits and gives insight into how your Arena is consuming resources and being utilised.

🗑 Deleting Your Arena

Only Administrators can delete an Arena.

To delete your Arena:

1. Go to the Billing page

2. Scroll to the bottom

3. Click the red “Delete Arena” button

4. A warning pop-up will appear for confirmation

⚠️ Important Notes:

• All videos will be permanently deleted

• All users will be removed

• Any remaining Arena funds will be lost

• Nothing is recoverable

Please ensure you're 100% certain before proceeding.
