VideoArena uses a flexible, usage-based pricing model — you only pay for what you use. This keeps costs fair whether you're a single team or a large club managing multiple Arenas.
📦 Usage-Based Pricing Explained
VideoArena automatically tracks your usage and deducts from your Arena balance accordingly. Here's how pricing works:
Resource | Cost |
⚙ Game Processing | $1 per hour of video processing |
🗄 Storage | $0.03 per GB per month |
🌐 Bandwidth | $0.01 per GB |
Example: A 60-minute game processed will typically cost $2
Storage and bandwidth are calculated monthly and deducted from your balance automatically.
🏟 How Billing Works per Arena
Each Arena has its own separate balance.
Administrators are responsible for funding the Arena.
All usage — processing, storage, bandwidth — is charged to the Arena, not individual users.
If the Arena has insufficient funds, actions such as processing will be paused until topped up. You will have 7 days to top up the account before deletion.
📊 Viewing Invoices & Usage Stats
All billing activity can be managed from the Billing section in the Arena:
💳 Top-Up Arena
Add funds using a secure Stripe payment form.
Registered cards can be saved for faster top-ups.
🧾 Invoices
Invoices are automatically emailed after payment.
These can be used for record-keeping.

🔁 Auto Top-Ups
To ensure seamless service, you can enable Auto Top-Up:
Register a payment card (handled securely by Stripe — we never store or see card data).
Set a low balance threshold (e.g. $10).
Set an auto top-up amount (e.g. $25).
When your Arena balance drops below the threshold, it will automatically top up.
✅ Summary
VideoArena charges only for what you use.
Everything is managed on a per-Arena basis.
Admins control billing, can set up auto top-ups, and track detailed usage history at any time.
