Returns and Refund Policy

At Camera-Pan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund policies carefully to understand the terms for both hardware purchases and digital packages.

 

Hardware Returns

If you are not fully content with the hardware kit you have received, we offer a hassle-free return policy. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please ensure that the hardware kit is in its original condition—unused, unopened, and in its original packaging—with all accessories and documentation included.

To begin the return process, please contact our customer support team using the contact form. Our team will guide you through the procedure and provide any necessary instructions or forms.

Please note the following regarding hardware returns:

  • Return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.

  • If you refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties, taxes, or other reasons, Camera-Pan reserves the right to deduct return expenses from the refund.

  • If return expenses exceed the order value, no refund will be given.

  • Any late charges incurred on delivery may be charged to your payment method.

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, minus admin fees (3%).

 

Refund Policy for Digital Packages (Game Film & Live Streaming)

Thank you for choosing Camera-Pan for your digital products and live streaming services. We value your support and are committed to delivering exceptional experiences. However, due to the nature of our services, please carefully review our refund policy below:

  1. No Refunds on Completed Services: Once a digital package has been purchased and filming or a live streaming event has commenced, no refunds will be granted. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our services and ensure that all customers receive the products they have ordered.

  2. Technical Issues: While we strive for a seamless experience, we understand that technical issues may arise during live streaming events. If a technical issue occurs that is brief and does not significantly impact the overall experience of the whole event, no refunds will be issued. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that minor interruptions can happen and that they do not warrant a refund.

  3. Preparedness for Streaming: It is crucial that you are fully prepared to proceed with your live streaming event before it begins. Once the stream has started, we cannot accommodate any requests for refunds. Therefore, we encourage you to verify all aspects of your event, including equipment and internet connection, prior to initiation.

  4. Administrative Fee: In the event that a refund is granted under exceptional circumstances, please note that a 3% administrative fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

  5. Customer Support: If you experience any technical difficulties or have concerns regarding your purchase, please reach out to our support team. We are here to assist you and will do our best to resolve any issues.

  6. Requests to refund live stream orders need to be made within 14 days of your purchase, and only if you haven't attempted to watch the live stream.

  7. Weather-Related Policies: In the event that gameplay is canceled due to weather conditions, Camera-Pan will provide credits to customers who made advance purchases for matches that did not start, upon written request within 7 days of the event's conclusion. Please note that no refunds or credits will be issued for shortened matches, as Camera-Pan cannot control their duration. Once a match begins, regardless of its length, it is deemed to have been completed in full. Tournaments and events are recorded under limited infrastructure and may be exposed to the elements. While Camera-Pan will take precautions to protect the recordings from weather-related issues, incidental occurrences such as rain on the lens may happen. No refunds or credits will be granted for these incidents if the gameplay remains viewable, as determined solely by Camera-Pan. Any concerns must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the game footage, and should include specific timestamps for reference.

  8. Matches Filmed by Artificial Intelligence: Any matches recorded using artificial intelligence, where concerns are raised about the failure to track gameplay, shall not be eligible for a refund if a panoramic backup of the match footage is provided to the customer. If the gameplay is captured in the panorama and can be manually edited out by the user, it is considered captured and delivered, making it ineligible for a refund or credit. If a panoramic backup is not available, refunds or credits will be at the full discretion of Camera-Pan.

  9. Quality Concern Refund Policy: Any quality concerns regarding the film must be submitted in writing to Camera-Pan. The specific match or matches in question must be referenced, and a minimum of two exact time stamps from each match must be provided for Camera-Pan staff to review the specific instances of concern. Camera-Pan staff will not simply "watch and see for themselves," as reviewing footage can be subjective and varies from person to person. Consumers must clearly articulate the nature of their concern and include notations for the Company staff’s review. Quality assessments will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with determinations made at the sole discretion of Camera-Pan. Under no circumstances will any match be eligible for a refund or credit if:

    1. 14 days have passed since the conclusion of the event

    2. 14 days have passed since the delivery date of the game footage to the consumer

    3. If the file has been fully downloaded, in snippets, or as generated clips.

Any quality concerns regarding a match must be submitted within 72 hours of the first viewing of the delivered game file. All downloads and viewings will be verified through backend system logs of user interaction. Please note that jersey numbers not being visible in the footage will not be considered a quality concern, as Camera-Pan has no control over the size, location, or contrast of the numbers on a team’s uniform. Additionally, concerns regarding footage being "too zoomed out" will not be deemed valid. The delivered product is a raw, unedited version, and users can digitally zoom in and enhance footage during their viewing/editing process. The primary purpose of these recordings is to aid in the creation of athletic recruiting reels, which necessitates wider-angle filming to capture player formations. If the recording clearly depicts player formations from a "coaching X’s and O’s perspective" relevant to the sport recorded, demonstrating the full scope, development, and execution of plays, no refunds will be issued. It is recommended that an isolation effect or graphic be added during the editing process to highlight the specific athlete in the highlight reel.
