🟢 Getting Started with VideoArena

Welcome to VideoArena – the cloud platform for uploading, managing, and analyzing your sports games. Whether you're using a Camera-Pan v3 device for automatic uploads or manually uploading game footage, this guide will help you get started.

✅ Step 1: Create Your Account

To use VideoArena, you'll first need to create an account.

1. Go to the Login Page: Visit: https://videoarena.camera-pan.com/arena/login.php

   1. Or simply click the "Login" button on the front page of the Camera-Pan website.

2. Click “Create an Account”: Above the login form, select the “Create an Account” link.

3. Fill in the Registration Form Provide the required details:

   • Full name

   • Email address

   • Password (make sure it’s secure)

   • Any other required fields on the form

4. Submit the Form: Once submitted, your account will be created and you can log in immediately.

   
   

🛠 What You Can Do After Logging In

After logging in, you’ll have access to the VideoArena dashboard. From here, you can:

• Create your first Arena (your team or organization’s private workspace)

• Manage billing preferences

• Invite users and assign roles (Administrator, Coach, Player, Other)

• Upload game footage

• Choose whether to process games in the cloud or upload already-processed games

• View, organize, and analyze your footage

🔒 Account Roles (Overview)

• Administrator – Everything. Can manage billing, roles, usage and camera integration.

• Coach – Can upload and analyze footage, and manage team content.

• Player – View-only access to games and analysis.

• Other – Another viewing only account, but not taggable in footage.
